UTILITY TO BE TESTED:
Standby Generator – simulation of transfer to generator power
SCHEDULED DATE(S):
Saturday, 11/05/22
SCHEDULED TIME:
6:00 AM To 8:00 AM
REASON:
Testing of the standby generator performance after the recent gas piping upgrades.
IMPACTS:
During testing, if the standby generator fails, there will be no regular utility power available and no standby power. Restoration of regular utility power will take approximately 10 minutes. Emergency life & safety power will not be affected. Please be advised that multiple tests may be needed during this work.
*If you have sensitive equipment that could be affected by a power outage or surge during the transfer to standby power testing, please be advised to power down equipment and to not have ongoing experiments during this time that could be interrupted.
