UTILITIES THAT WILL BE SHUT DOWN:
Building Ventilation Systems (including fume hoods); Processed Cooling Water (connected w/ the Water Cooled Equipment), Compressed Air & Vacuum Systems, and 2nd Floor Domestic Hot Water (Showers).

Wednesday, 11/01/23 D Block or “South”
Thursday, 11/02/23 C Block or “North”
SCHEDULED TIME:
6:30AM – 11:00AM Wednesday
6:30AM – 11:00AM Thursday
REASON:
Preventive maintenance, repair, and air filter replacement
IMPACTS:
During this time, there will be no HVAC or ventilation available in the building. Please remember to keep your fume hood sashes closed during this shutdown. Please refrain from working with hazardous materials anywhere in the C or D Blocks during the shutdown period. Water cooled equipment will not be supported and compressed air & vacuum systems will not be operational.
DETAILS:
Please remember to close your fume hood sashes the evening prior to this shutdown, and refrain from working with any hazardous materials in the building during the shutdown period. Fume Hoods will go into alarm if opened during shutdown.
