SCHEDULED TIME:
Horn Fire Alarm Testing: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Strobe Fire Alarm Testing: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
REASON:
Critical fire alarm testing for full functionality of the new system.
IMPACTS:
**FIRE ALARM WILL SOUND**
Any staff and/or students in the area will be subjected to low, medium, and high decibel levels and strobes from the fire alarm system during the 6 AM – 8 AM testing; we highly recommend that you avoid the building during this time.
The Designated Campus Fire Marshall (DCFM) and Contractor(s) will be walking the entirety of the building for the remainder of the day after the audibility testing observing intermittent fire alarm strobes until 5 PM. If staff and/or students are present from 8 AM to 5 PM, any person(s) who may be photosensitive may wish to not be present that day.
