Reservation instructions

1. Check availability on the reservation calendars (above) before submitting a request.

3. If you do NOT see your reservation on the calendar and/or do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation has NOT been finalized. Please contact Nicci Hack, nhack@ucsc.edu, for assistance.
4. Bikes are stored in a CCURE access room in the loading dock next to the dumpsters on the opposite side of the bike rack and showers. In order to get access to the room you will have to request access by filling out this form. The room is called “Chemical Storage (192) (EH&S).” You only need to do this once to have permanent access to the room.
