Reserve the PBSci poster boards

The PBSci Division has 15 poster boards for use at your events free of charge, except for delivery and pick up fees. The poster boards are 2 sided (A-Frame style) and are 4 ft wide x 6 ft tall.

To reserve the poster boards:

Email the PBSci Facilities Work Order Desk the following information:

  • Title of Event (i.e. Chemistry Symposium)
  • Date(s) of event
  • Times & Location for delivery & pick up
  • # of boards needed*
  • FOAPAL for delivery charges ($75 each way)
  • Any other special instructions or pertinent information

*If you need more than 15 boards that can be arranged through Moving Services

As soon as this information is received, a calendar invitation confirming your reservation will be emailed to you.
