7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Daily
REASON:
Roof replacement necessary.
IMPACTS:
There will be noise and dust generated by this work, however, significantly less than the recent ISB roof work (as there is no concrete demolition), and impacts will be mostly limited to the east and west stairwells and restrooms. Work will begin on the north west corner of the building – demolition and rebuilding of each section before moving to the next, which will take ~1 week per section – and then proceed counterclockwise (numbered in attached map).
Work trucks and material unloading will occur to the south east of the building (see attached map).
Workers will limit the noisiest work to 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM in an effort to reduce disruption.
