Due to a re-roof project on select areas of the Natural Sciences 2 (NS2) building, a cell tower was taken offline this week on 10/22 for access and demolish the existing membrane to be replaced with a new system.
Although there are multiple other cell towers in proximity, depending on your location and especially when inside, you may experience diminished cell service for the duration the tower is down.
Duration of this impact is expected to be 2-4 weeks, with the recommissioning of the tower and restoration of full coverage expected between 11/5/25 – 11/19/25 (depending on weather).
