Dear Colleagues,
The Division of Global Engagement is pleased to announce its annual call for proposals for Global Seminar programs for Summer 2023. These faculty-led summer courses are important opportunities for students and instructors to engage in course content throughout the world.
Successful proposals will be developed for initial offerings in summer 2023. Some new courses may be deferred to later summer offerings due to capacity or the pandemic.
Please visit UCSC Global Engagement for more information on programs and how to submit a proposal. The deadline to submit a proposal online is January 10, 2022.
Global Engagement collaborates closely with the Senate Committee on International Education (CIE) to consider proposals. We encourage all interested faculty to attend an upcoming Global Seminar Proposal Workshop, co-facilitated by CIE and Global Learning:
