Dear Dear Researchers,
Research Development will be offering two Pivot-RP training sessions in February with Robert Laurie, Customer Success Manager for Pivot-RP. Pivot-RP is a tool to help you discover, search, and track funding opportunities; all UCSC researchers can access Pivot with their UCSC credentials.
In these sessions, we’ll look at the key functionality of Pivot-RP for researchers. After a brief introduction, Robert will conduct a live demo, covering topics such as claiming your profile, searching for funding, tracking, sharing, and exporting funding opportunities, and highlighting available resources. Questions are encouraged.
Basic content will be the same for both sessions. However, examples for the February 22nd session will highlight physical and biological sciences and engineering and the February 24th session will focus on examples from arts, humanities, and social sciences. Researchers (including graduate students and postdocs) may attend either session, regardless of affiliation.
We plan to offer these sessions once per quarter if there is interest. Registration links can be found below:
