SHUTDOWN/PLANNED MAINTENANCE NOTICE
LOCATION:
Physical Sciences Building
UTILITY AFFECTED:
Building Ventilation and Mechanical Systems- including Fume Hoods, Processed Cooling Water, & DI/RO Water
SCHEDULED DATE:
Thursday March 10, 2022
SCHEDULED TIME:
6:15 AM to 12:00 PM
IMPACTS:
During this time, there will be no HVAC or Ventilation available in the building, please refrain from using, and keep fume hoods closed during the shutdown. There will be no Processed cooling water (connected with water cooled equipment) or any DI/RO water available. * Compressed air will not be shut off during this shutdown due to redundant compressors running.
REASON:
Preventive maintenance, repair and air filter replacement
DETAILS:
Please remember to close your fume hood sashes the evening prior to this shutdown, and refrain from working with any hazardous materials in the building during the shutdown period. Fume Hoods will go into alarm if opened during shutdown.
