REASON:
HVAC needs to identify fan noise origin in fume hood exhaust fan 4 (FHEF04).
IMPACTS:
HVAC and fume hoods will not function in labs 114 and 118 during this shutdown. Please refrain from working with hazardous materials during the shutdown period.
*** Use of Steam Equipment (autoclaves, glass washers, etc) while building ventilation systems are down may set-off the building Fire Alarm System, causing a building-wide evacuation.***
DETAILS:
Please remember to close your Fume hood sashes the evening prior to the shutdown and refrain from working with hazardous materials during the shutdown period.
