Engine ignition system module has failed. The generator contractor is working on replacing the module.
**5/15/26 update: Ignition module issue has been resolved, however additional/ongoing issues have been discovered and are being looked into.
IMPACTS:
Standby power from GS 60 will be unavailable during this shutdown.
***Normal PG&E utility power to Coastal Campus will not be affected.***
During this off-line period, IF PG&E POWER FAILS and an unplanned outage occurs, standby power from GS 60 will not be available.
