| REASON: Replacement of domestic heating water heat exchanger. UPDATE: New heat exchanger doesn’t have enough flow, additional trouble shooting is required |
| IMPACTS: No hot domestic water will be available for the entire building, including kitchens, showers, janitor sinks, and restrooms. |
