PPDO has added some additional needed work on the Vacuum pump system & RO/DI water systems, this will coincide with the previously sent Building Water Shutdown on the same days. Please see below for details:

UTILITY TO BE SHUT DOWN:
Vacuum Pump System and limited RO/DI Water
SCHEDULED DATES:
Monday, December 18, 2023 – Tuesday, December 19, 2023
SCHEDULED TIME:
6:30 AM on Monday – 3:00 PM on Tuesday; including after hours/overnight
REASON:
Replacing the Industrial Cold Water (ICW) backflow preventer, valves, and performing water system leak repairs.
IMPACTS:
The vacuum system will be disabled during this shutdown; any equipment dependent on the vacuum system, RO water, or DI water will not be available. This affects operation of water cooled vacuum units, RO/DI water generation, and any autoclaves that use RO water.
